Project Manager (Software)

We are looking for a Software Project Manager with project management expertise to assist us. You will be responsible to handle end-to-end project management, ensuring the project running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project timelines, planning, and ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Act as the main liaison between internal teams (developers, QA, UI/UX) and stakeholders/clients.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure quality standards and project documentation are met.
- Drive collaboration, communication, and productivity within the project team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience managing software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing projects in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
